I took this video because it explains, in a very good way, some differences between American English and British English. I found so interesting, how in both dialects omit some letters to the words, Like “T and R” or how it changes their pronunciations.
I can say that definitely, I agree with what the video says; also it teaches me in an easy way to pronounce words in both dialects.
I want to learn more about this, because it will help me to pronounce better my English.
I do not think this topic affect the word too much.
Hi Alex, I just watched your video and thought it was interesting. I actually just wrote about something related on my article. It amazes me that we have somewhat the same language but our dialects and accents are so different! The way we say one thing they can pronounce it in a whole new way and it could even mean something different than what we think as well. Cool post!
ReplyDeleteBy seeing this video I do understand. many people around the world give out a different sound. So when a person tries to speak it, it sounds different to others. English I a complacated language and the spelling is no different
ReplyDeleteI almost feel like American English isn't the proper way of pronouncing the words. Also, British English sounds much cooler! After watching this, I was saying the words in a British accent and found it easier after she explained the differences. Thanks for sharing!
